11:36 - May 4, 2008Fun with curves.i was really bored at work so i decided to mess with some pictures i took in europe.all i did to these pictures was use the magic wand on the sky and use curves on that part then invert the selection and use curves on the rest. i think the results were very nice and unique. what do you guys think? 
most of these were rejects. so the fact that i got anything decent out of them is a miracle. the last one needs a little work around the trees. 08:15 - March 4, 2008HDRThere is this neat technique making the rounds: bracket three exposures and let photoshop combine them to get increased exposure latitude. It's called High Dynamic Range.
I can accomplish this with layers and layer masks, but CS3 has made it so much easier.
